Total Body Strength and Conditioning

This total body workout will make you burn and sweat at a steady pace. We use weights and body weight in this workout.

 

What You Need:

  • An exercise mat, rug, carpet, or towel
  • Two Small Towels or "Gliders"
  • Light Weights or Resistance Bands (1-3lbs) or two cans of food
  • Medium Weights or Resistance Bands (good for arm exercises)
  • Heavier Weights or Resistance Bands (good for chest, back and legs)
  • Steps, a stool or book(s) for Step Ups
  • A chair
