Total Body Strength and Conditioning
This total body workout will make you burn and sweat at a steady pace. We use weights and body weight in this workout.
What You Need:
- An exercise mat, rug, carpet, or towel
- Two Small Towels or "Gliders"
- Light Weights or Resistance Bands (1-3lbs) or two cans of food
- Medium Weights or Resistance Bands (good for arm exercises)
- Heavier Weights or Resistance Bands (good for chest, back and legs)
- Steps, a stool or book(s) for Step Ups
- A chair
