Service Description
Total Body Strength and Conditioning This total body workout will make you burn and sweat at a steady pace. We use weights and body weight in this steady-paced workout. What You Need: An exercise mat, rug, carpet, or towel Two Small Towels or "Gliders" Light Weights or Resistance Bands (1-3lbs) or two cans of food Medium Weights or Resistance Bands (good for arm exercises) Heavier Weights or Resistance Bands (good for chest, back and legs) Steps, a stool or book(s) for Step Ups A chair

Cancellations and rescheduling may be done 24 hours prior to the start of class. This may be done by logging into your portal. No shows will not be refunded. Exceptions may be made on a case to case basis.
